Welcome to the European edition of Shell Eco Marathon, this is the team from University of Liege, Belgium. In 2018 we finished 4th, which made us very proud of Electra. However, in 2019, with some technical issues, we could only reach the 10th place.

This year competition took place in the Mercedes Benz world in Surrey, UK, from 1st to 5th July. We were willing to improve the electric consumption from 2018 and get in the podium, but unfortunately, Electra didn’t meet the requirements and we could only do 126 km/kWh

Being in the first 3 of Europe would have given us the opportunity to run the world final, against the best teams from the other regions (America and Asia). But it wasn’t possible for us this year. Already looking forward to try again in 2020.
